Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to join our real estate development team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects, ensuring they align with our vision and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning of residential housing projects.
- Create architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits and provide architectural guidance during execution.
- Select materials, finishes, and sustainable design elements.
- Coordinate with local authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, residential, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
- Ability to visualize and execute high-quality architectural designs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
